Submit your research - ISA2027, Tenerife 2027

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission opens January 1, 2027. This page will be updated with the submission portal link at that time.

Submission Guidelines

  • Language: English only
  • Length: Maximum 300 words, excluding title and authors
  • Format: Structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) recommended
  • Submission type: Oral communication or poster presentation (indicate preference)
  • Presenting author: Must be registered for the symposium

Submission Process

ISA2027 will use the ISHS ROSA platform for abstract submission.

  • Step 1 - Create or activate an ISHS user account at ishs.org
  • Step 2 - Submit your abstract through the ROSA platform (link published January 2027)
  • Step 3 - Pay the abstract submission fee (waived for current ISHS members)

Note on fees: The abstract submission fee corresponds to ISHS Individual Membership (approx. 100 EUR for non-EU members, 121 EUR for EU members). Current ISHS members submit for free.

ISHS Young Minds Award

ISA2027 will include the ISHS Young Minds Award for the best presentations by early-career researchers. Details announced with the call for abstracts.
