This exceptional rate is reserved for participants who meet both of the following conditions:
1) You are a resident of Tanzania or a neighbouring country (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia, Mozambique, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi,... )
2) You are unable to obtain any financial support from your university, or organization.
This reduced fee does not include: Access to the Gala Dinner nor a copy of the Acta Horticulturae proceedings
